Thomas D. Foy Jr.

Tom is the Founder of IRIS Financial Services. He has been providing financial planning guidance to individuals and families for over 40 years. Tom is a PAST PRESIDENT and current member of the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey. He is also a member of the local chapter of the Financial Planning Association. Tom is frequently asked to share his experiences with many local and national audiences as a guest speaker.

Tom and his wife, Pat, have been married for almost 50 years. They have two children and four grandchildren. They are supporters of children’s charities and dog rescue organizations. Tom’s community involvement has included serving on the local Board of Education and coaching baseball. When he is not spending time with his family, his interests include boating, fishing, pinochle and golf. Tom is a fountain pen collector and an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles.

“Honorees of Million Dollar Round Table (1989-2025) must achieve a sales goal predetermined by the MDRT organization and maintain this level throughout the course of one year. Qualified individuals must pay a membership fee in order to participate. Sales amounts are independently verified by the MDRT organization through certifying letters. Qualification for recognition is based on the amount of premium/commission dollars produced over the previous year. Katrina joined IRIS Financial Services in 2023 and holds her NJ State Life and Health Insurance licenses. As Tom’s daughter, she has observed the family financial business from afar. Once a professional performer in New York City, Katrina graduated into cultural management, leading non-profit theater organizations over the past decade. She has her BFA degree from Ithaca College and MFA in Arts Management from the University of Connecticut. She is a former adjunct professor of theater management at Rowan University. She joined the financial services industry to have a positive impact on the financial security of individuals and families and to work alongside her father and the expertise he has accumulated over his 40-year career. Katrina lives in West Berlin, NJ where she serves as a board member of the Berlin Township PTO. She lives with her husband and two ridiculously adorable children.
